We, at Escape SBC, are very excited to announce that we are reopening our doors at both our Shreveport and Bossier City locations on May 29, 2020!

As we are not infections disease experts, nor renowned economists, we have relied on guidance from those authorities, as well as input from our staff and our customers, to make the decision to reopen.  We miss spending time with you and are really looking forward to seeing you all again soon!

Everyone who visits Escape SBC is part of our Escape Room family; from owners, to managers, game masters, friends, neighbors, and you…our very important guests!  Without you, we know that we wouldn’t be here!  So, to protect our entire Escape Room Family, we will be implementing the following specific steps to maintain a safe environment for us all.

  1. We will continue to monitor Federal, State, Parish, City, and CDC recommendations for the latest information and will be doing everything possible to follow these guidelines

  2. Our team members are trained to remain home at the first sign of illness.  We are asking our Game Masters and other employees to do a temperature check prior to coming to work.

  3. All employees will be required to wear a face mask during any interactions with customers.

  4.  We have always maintained a rigorous cleaning schedule for our games and will be supplementing this by increasing our time between games to allow more time for enhanced sanitization protocols for the facility, games, and props.

  5. All games have been, and will remain, private games, so it will only be your group allowed in your game.

  6. We will continue to provide hand sanitizer for our guests, along with disposable gloves upon request (based on ability to maintain inventory).

  7. To help us maintain social distancing between groups…

      1.  Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your game time

      2. We will NOT allow late players to join a group already in progress

  8.  Per the CDC’s guidelines, we encourage all our guests to…

      1. Self-isolate if experiencing any symptoms or if you have known exposure to COVID19.

      2. Frequently wash hands or use hand sanitizer

      3. Practice social distancing when around people outside of your group.

      4. Wear a mask when you are within 6′ of others.

Escape SBC wants to assure all of our Escape Family (yes, that includes YOU!) that their health and safety are first and foremost in all that we do.  If anyone in your party has a fever or experiencing any illness symptoms, please call us or click the link in your confirmation e-mail to reschedule your game as soon as possible.  We are doing everything we can to protect our family, and our community, and want to be transparent in our efforts.  If you have any questions or want to talk with us, please send us an email to or call us at 318-564-8668.

We really appreciate your support and can’t wait to see you again!
