TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

• All sales are FINAL.  No refunds for cancellations or no-shows under any circumstances.

• Rescheduling within 24 hours of game time will incur a $20 fee.

Arrival & Check-In:

• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled game time for check-in.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced game time.

Alcohol & Drug Policy:

• Entry WILL BE denied without a refund if any participant is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Discount Policy:

• If using a Military/Police/Fire/First Responder discount, a valid ID must be presented upon arrival.

Age Restrictions:

• Ages 5-15: Must be accompanied by at least one paid adult in the game—NO exceptions.

• Ages 16-17: Must have an adult (18+) remain on the premises during the game.

• Children under 5 are not allowed in any of our escape rooms.

By booking a game at Escape SBC, you agree to these terms and accept them on behalf of ALL guests in your group. Failure to follow these policies may result in denied entry without a refund.
